ACCEPTANCE OF TERMs

By accessing or using the services provided by Wellness re-InVented (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

NATURE OF SERVICES

Wellness re-InVented provides wellness services, which may include:

  • Health and lifestyle coaching

  • Telehealth consultations (via licensed providers licensed in Michigan, if applicable)

  • Access to prescription medications, including GLP‑1 medications when deemed appropriate

We do not guarantee any specific health or weight loss outcomes.

  • Our services are not a substitute for in-person medical care or emergency services

  • Always consult your primary care provider before starting any medication or program

  • If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately

Prescription medications are only provided:

  • Following evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider

  • If medically appropriate

  • In compliance with applicable laws and regulations

eligibility

  • To use our GLP-1 services, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old

    • Provide accurate and complete medical and personal information

    • Reside in a state where our services are legally available

    Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services.

GLP‑1 & Prescription Medication Terms

  • If you are prescribed GLP‑1 or other medications:

    • You understand that all medications carry risks and potential side effects

    • You agree to follow all provider instructions and dosing guidelines

    • You agree to disclose your full medical history and current medications

    We are not responsible for adverse effects resulting from:

    • Non-compliance with instructions

    • Failure to disclose relevant health information

Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid in full before services are rendered unless otherwise stated

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for services rendered

  • Payment in full is required before any shipped refill orders are placed

Refund Policy:

At Wellness re-InVented, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness solutions and exceptional customer care. Due to the nature of our products—including supplements, injections, and prescription-based items—we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been dispensed or shipped from pharmacy.

All sales of weight management products are final.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety, integrity, and efficacy of our products for all clients. We do not resell returned items, and we adhere to strict health and safety guidelines in accordance with industry standards.

We encourage you to reach out to our team before purchasing if you have any questions about a product, how it works, or whether it is right for your wellness goals. We’re here to support you in making informed and confident decisions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24-hour notice. Prior to that, feel free to reschedule. CLIENTS MUST CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENTS AT LEAST 24 HRS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED A FEE.

    • IV APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HRS NOTICE WILL INCUR A $50 FEE

    • ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HRS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED A 50% FEE. FOR EXAMPLE, A B12 INJECTION APPT THAT IS CANCELLED THE MORNING OF, WOULD BE CHARGED 50% OF THE COST OF THE SERVICE ($12.50). 

    • THERE IS NO FEE FOR APPTS THAT ARE CANCELED WITH LESS THAN 24 HRS NOTICE BUT ARE RESCHEDULED

    • NO SHOW IV APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A $75 FEE. 

    • ALL OTHER NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A 75% FEE 

    • WE REQUIRE A CARD ON FILE FOR BOOKING ALL APPOINTMENTS.

    • BY PROVIDING YOUR CARD ON FILE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS

  • Pharmacy fulfillment timelines or shipping delays

termination of services

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or terminate service at any time

  • Suspend accounts for violations of these Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan
